Mon - March 4, '18 snow most of the day but we drill any way work at the machine shop all afternoon. nothing much of interest. read awhile & go to bed. Tue - March 5, '18 real nice day. got a letter from Berniece & answer it. drill all day. go to a show at the Y.M.C.A. & go to bed. Wed - March 6, '18 Work at the machine shop all morning. wash clothes and read all afternoon. |
Thu - March 7, '18 K.P. all day wash dishes eat wash dishes & scrub. get a letter from Berniece & answer it, & go to bed early. Fri - March 8, '18 drill awhile, take singing lessons at the theatre all morning. clean up the barracks & grounds for inspection this afternoon. go to the library and get ready to go home tomorrow. Sat - March 9, '18 inspection, singing lessons, eat dinner & go to the noon train half hour late to Portland. missed... |
